Living Life Outloud

I have been contemplating doing this for a long time....so here I go....

I want to dedicate this blog to all of the wonderful people in my life. What a great and wonderful blessing it is to have so many family and friends, who inspire me.

What a blessing this "blog" business is. I have always felt that my communication skills needed some help so, thus the name of my blog...To Live Life Outloud. So by using this cyber tool, hopefully
it will allow me to write down and channel my feelings and thoughts.

I want to dedicate my first post to my brave little 5 year old granddaughter Sadie Brynne Huish http://www.sadiehuigh.blogspot.com/,
who at this time is battling terminal brain cancer. She was diagnosed on March 5, 2008, of this year. She is my son Zacs oldest daughter, he has 2 other georgous little girls, Olivia 3 and Samantha 1. He and his wife Tiffany are my hero's. They have handled this great challenge
with such grace and humility.

I love all 11 of our grandchildren very deeply..and think they are all VERY SPECIAL! They truly are....they all have their own darling personalities that allow me to love them in different ways.

Sadie Bug is our little brave and strong willed little gal. She has a smile that will melt your heart and brown eyes that when you look into them, you know your looking directly into her soul and into the eyes of God. Through this challenge she faces, she has NEVER once complained. She has a heart of gold and is always concerned about her loved ones. It is fun to watch she and Olivia. Even thought this little gal is only 5 years young, she has a very old and loving spirit about her. She watches over Livia and Sam like a hawk and loves them to her bones. She has a belly laugh giggle that will rock your world and make you smile to your toes. I love our days we spend
baking. I call her and Livie, Sadie and Livie Crocker. They both crawl up on my counter in my kitchen and we bake up a storm. Interestingly enough, when I ask her what we are baking and who should we give the baked goods to, it's always for someone else. She has never said "for me". We've baked a cake for her grandma great, cupcakes for grandpa great. She loves to bake cupcakes for her special Aunt Kenzie, cuz Kenzie always tells her "they are the best cupcakes she's ever tasted".
Sadie bug glows when she hears Kenzie say that to her. I see a special glow in Sadie's eyes when she delivers her baked goods to the people she bakes for. She loves to serve....now what 5 year old do you know even understands the meaning of service? She does...I know that
through this challenge the lord has handed to her....The Lord is silently
teaching her through her spirit...What a miracle this is to watch.

Her parents Zac and Tiffany are truly sent to us from heaven also...I am eternally greatful that. They live the gospel to the fullest and take heed on the teachings of the church. They totally understand the concept of "obedienceand long suffering". They both have handled this situation
with grace and understanding.

As a child, Zac was always been quiet and observant. He has always been a "go with the flow" kind of guy. Growing up with 2 women in our household, me a single mother and his sister Mackenzie, (Kenzie, who by the way is my other miracle child, who I will dedicate an entire
post to at a later date) poor guy didn't have a chance to get a word in edgewise with us two ruling the roost. Who would of known that when he would marry that he would 4 other women, 3 little girls and a wife...more of the girl ruling the roost thing and be being the only male in the
family...still "going with the flow." He is an amazing young man, whom I am so blessed and proud to call him my son. Zac the peacemaker... A mother couldn't be more proud of a son as I am of my Zac. Also never complains...quiet and vigilent..salwart and true. This is who Zac is.....Zac I love you with all of my heart...

Now a little about Tiffany....this girl is an amazing women..we fondly call her T. One couldn't ask for a better daughter in law...I consider her my own daughter. She is silent and observant to all that goes around her. She is a "doer". She is a wonderful mother to my granddaughters
and cares for Sadie in a way, I can't even put into words. Never a word of complaint from her! Always loving and understanding. She cares for Sadie and the girls and loves them unconditionally and loves my son the same way. The girls and Zac come first then her somewhere down the line. She is a diligent and stalwart soul. I love the way she teaches the girls to read and play. I have learned from T that you don't have to be caught up in the things of the world. She's taught me to sit back and enjoy the moment. She is a very patient person. T you are the best and I love you so much. I am greatful for your willingness to serve my son and your
family with such diligence and grace.

Sadie is truly her mothers daughter. They are both alot alike in many ways. Sadie has picked up all of the best qualities of both of her parents.

So there you have it....my very first blog post......I can't wait to sign on again and write and tell you more about my wonderul family!
